The 150, both the 2009–2017 cars and the 2017–2023 facelift, many of them two-seat commercials, for an Android screen with wireless CarPlay, DAB and a tailgate camera. The 120 comes in for the same screen, and older 100-series Amazon owners come for a screen to replace the cassette or CD unit. 250 owners want a dash cam.

Usually yes. The 8-inch Touch 2 with Go unit in the facelift dash gained CarPlay and Android Auto on 2020 and later cars, so on those we add a wireless adapter rather than a new screen. Earlier facelift cars from 2017 to 2019 never had it, which is why the 2017–2020 Android screen kit exists. We check the unit by reg before quoting.

J120 — 2003–2009 (three and five-door, two-seat commercial): Factory CD radio without a screen on most cars; a Toyota navigation screen on high-spec cars. Car radio: Android screen with wireless CarPlay, DAB and a camera input for the 120 and both 150 dashes. Reversing camera: Camera on the factory screen where it supports it, a mirror monitor or Android screen where it does not. CarPlay: Android screen on cars without a usable screen, a CarPlay box or activation on cars with one. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kits in doors and dash, extended factory ambient on newer cars, app controlled. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.

Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most Land Cruiser owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
