Please note that some original Japanese functions remain unchanged after the conversion:
- RDS is not currently available
- Radio station logos are not currently available
- Some settings in the menu remain in Japanese
- Voice control remains in Japanese
- Original maps remain in Japanese

Radio versions differ between cars, so we confirm before you book. Send a clear photo of the original radio screen with the make, model and year on WhatsApp and we'll tell you whether yours is supported.
Is the original radio kept?
Yes. The firmware of the original unit is converted, so the factory multimedia system stays.
Where is the conversion done?
At our workshop in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11 — or you can send us the radio and we convert it here.
Does Apple CarPlay / Android Auto work on these radios?
On 99% of supported systems, yes (wired or wireless). It depends on the exact radio in the car, so we confirm it when we check your system.
Does everything switch over after the conversion?
Not everything. Irish FM stations work, but RDS and radio station logos aren't available yet, and some menu settings, voice control and maps stay in Japanese. We go through it with you before you book.
