Parking assistance in Dublin.

See what is behind you, hear how close it is, or fit both and stop guessing altogether. Our reverse cameras are Full HD with a night lens, so the picture stays usable after dark; the sensors give you distance in sound, without taking your eyes off the mirrors. Fitted to cars, vans and campers with hidden wiring and a factory-style finish.

The two systems

Two ways to take the guesswork out of parking.

They are not competing options — they answer different questions. Each has its own page with the full detail, pricing factors and recent installations.

Sight

Reverse cameras

A camera on the rear puts a live picture on your screen the moment you select reverse — on the factory display where the vehicle supports it, or on a new head unit where it does not.

  • Full HD sensor with a night lens — a usable picture in the dark, not a grey smear
  • Dynamic guide lines that bend with your steering where supported, static lines where not
  • Integrated into the factory screen on many vehicles
  • Shows low obstacles, kerbs and posts that mirrors miss entirely

Sound

Parking sensors

Ultrasonic sensors sit in the bumper and measure the gap as you move. The tone speeds up as you close in and goes solid when you are as near as you want — no need to look anywhere.

  • Front, rear or both, depending on where you actually struggle
  • Colour-matched to your bumper for a factory-style finish
  • Works when reversing blind, in the dark or in heavy rain
  • Clean bumper fitting, typically two to four hours

The cameras we fit

Full HD, with a night lens that earns its name.

Rear visibility is worst exactly when you need it most — a dark driveway, an unlit car park, a wet evening in November. A cheap camera turns that into grey mush. Ours are chosen so the picture still reads.

Full HD resolution

Enough detail to tell a kerb from a shadow and a bollard from a bin — not a blur you have to interpret.

Night lens for low light

A wide-aperture night lens gathers what light there is, so reversing in the dark gives you a picture rather than guesswork — the part most budget cameras get wrong.

Wide angle, guide lines on top

A wide field of view catches what the mirrors never showed, with guide lines over it so you know where the car will actually end up.

Which one do I need?

A camera shows. Sensors measure.

The honest answer is that they cover for each other. Here is the difference laid out plainly, so you can decide what your car and your parking actually call for.

Reverse camera

What it gives you
A picture of what is behind the car
When it helps most
Low obstacles, kerbs, anything below the glass line
Where you look
At the screen
In the dark or rain
Full HD night lens keeps the picture readable after dark
Typical fitting time
Two to four hours

Parking sensors

What it gives you
The distance to it, as sound
When it helps most
Tight gaps, posts, parking by feel
Where you look
Nowhere — you keep watching the mirrors
In the dark or rain
Unaffected — it measures, it does not see
Typical fitting time
Two to four hours

Fitting both is the common choice — the camera tells you what the obstacle is, the sensors tell you how much room is left. Done in one appointment it also works out tidier, because the rear of the car is only stripped once.

    Send your details

Registration number, vehicle model or a photo of the dashboard and rear bumper.

  2. 02

    Compatibility check

We work out what integrates with your screen and what suits your bumper, then quote.

  3. 03

    Book the fitting

One appointment at the Dublin workshop, whether it is one system or both.

  4. 04

    Checked with you

We run through the guide lines, the alert tones and the range before you drive off.

Compatibility

Vehicles we cover.

Cars, SUVs, vans, campers and commercial vehicles — including plenty that never had factory parking assistance. Bumper shape and screen type matter more than the badge, so send your registration and we'll confirm what fits.

Parking FAQ

Parking assistance, explained.

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply in under 5 minutes.

Ask on WhatsApp
Do I need a camera, sensors, or both?

A camera shows you what is behind the car; sensors tell you how close it is. They answer different questions, which is why most drivers who fit both say the pair is what finally makes parking effortless. If you are only doing one, a rear camera helps most on cars with poor rear visibility, and rear sensors help most where you park by feel in tight spaces.

Can both work on my factory screen?

Often yes. We regularly bring a reverse camera into factory infotainment systems and OEM screens, and on some vehicles sensor distance can be shown on the same display. It depends on the make, model and year, so we confirm it for your car before quoting.

How long does the work take?

Most reverse camera installations take two to four hours, and most parking sensor installations take the same. Fitting both together is booked as one longer appointment rather than two separate visits.

Will the sensors stand out on the bumper?

Not if they are colour-matched. In most cases sensors can be painted to your bumper's paint code so they sit flush and read as factory rather than as something added later.

Is the wiring visible afterwards?

No. Cabling is routed behind factory trim panels wherever possible. That keeps the interior clean and protects the wiring from damage over time.

Can you fit this to an older car or a van?

Yes. Both systems are regularly fitted to vehicles that never had factory parking assistance, including vans, campers and commercial vehicles where rear visibility is worst.
