The W906 from 2006 to 2018, nearly always for a reversing camera and an Android screen with CarPlay in the same visit, often with a dash cam and parking sensors on trade vans. W907 owners come for the camera coded into MBUX and wireless CarPlay; T1N vans still turn up for a screen in a fascia kit.

Yes. The cable run to the back of a long-wheelbase van is the only difference, and we route it inside the roof trim or along the sill, so it is not exposed in the load area. Box bodies and chassis cabs get a bracket camera on the rear frame and a waterproof connector, and we set the guidelines for the length of the van.

Most Sprinter jobs are two to four hours: a camera alone is about two hours, an Android screen half a day, both together a morning. Trade vans can be booked first thing and collected after lunch at the Dublin 11 workshop, and we can do several fleet vans back to back.

T1N — 1995–2006 (Panel van, crew van, minibus and chassis cab): Sound 5 or Sound 30 single-DIN radio, no screen. W906 — 2006–2018 (Panel van, crew van, Traveliner minibus and chassis cab): Audio 10 or Audio 15 radio in the double-DIN slot; Audio 40 with Becker Map Pilot on some 2013 facelift vans; no CarPlay on any. W907 / W910 — 2018 on (Panel van, crew van, Tourer and chassis cab; eSprinter): Basic radio without a screen on some vans, MBUX with a 7 or 10.25-inch touchscreen on most; CarPlay and Android Auto on MBUX. Reversing camera: Camera on the Android screen or a mirror monitor on T1N and W906 vans, coded into MBUX on the W907. Car radio: A 9-inch Android screen in a Sprinter fascia on the W906 and T1N, the basic radio replaced on the W907. CarPlay: An Android screen with wireless CarPlay on T1N and W906 vans, wireless CarPlay on W907 MBUX vans. Speakers: Plug-in door and dash speakers, with an under-seat woofer for the cab. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED strips in the cab doors and dash, colour from your phone. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat subwoofer with its own amplifier, nothing in the load area. Soundproofing: Cab doors, floor and bulkhead treated; load area on request.

Reversing camera: two to three hours. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Speakers: two to four hours depending on how many speakers are changed. Most Sprinter owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.

Steering-wheel buttons, factory amplifiers and cameras are carried over on every route; the only route that changes what you see is an Android screen, and even then the controls are kept.
