Not really. The 2020 facelift kept the same MMI hardware family with the 8.3-inch screen, so cameras, sensors and lighting follow the same routes. The difference is that the smartphone interface became standard on most facelift cars, so those owners come for a wireless adapter rather than activation, and the camera is nearly always coded rather than fed through an interface.

Everything you see. Activation and cameras are coded into the MMI, so the menus, the Virtual Cockpit where fitted and the MMI knob stay exactly as they were. A CarPlay box sits behind the dash and switches in and out of the factory screen, and it can be removed if you sell the car.
