Yes. The P2 dashboard takes a 9-inch Android screen made for it, with a fascia that follows the original lines, so it looks like a later Volvo rather than an aftermarket radio. It gives wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, a reverse camera input and keeps the steering-wheel buttons and the Premium Sound amplifier where fitted. The same applies to the XC70 of those years.
Which P3 V70s take the CarPlay box?
Cars from about 2011 with the 7-inch Sensus screen, and every 2015–2016 Sensus Connect car. The box sits behind the screen, shows CarPlay or Android Auto on it and is driven from the Sensus buttons. 2008–2010 cars with the small display, and 5-inch cars, have no usable screen, so they get an Android screen instead.
