Yes on the P2 and P3, which have the CAN wiring the units are built for: buttons, climate readout on P3 cars and the Premium Sound amplifier all carry on. On the 1997–2000 P80 the radio wiring is simpler, so a DAB radio or an Android screen goes in on a fascia and the steering controls are kept with an adapter where the car has them.
