It depends on the generation. XP90 (2005–2011): from €220; XP130 (2011–2020): from €290. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.

XP90, built 2005–2011 (Factory CD radio without a screen on nearly all cars; a Toyota navigation unit on a few high-spec cars): Nine-inch Android screen with DAB, Bluetooth and a camera input, fitted with the fascia kit we use on 2006–2010 cars. XP130, built 2011–2020 (Toyota Touch 6.1-inch on 2011–2014 cars, Touch 2 or Touch 2 with Go from the 2014 facelift; no CarPlay on most cars, and Japanese-import Vitz cars carry a Japanese unit): Android screen with DAB and a camera input in place of the Touch or Touch 2 unit; the kit fits 2012–2016 cars and keeps the steering-wheel buttons.

Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Toyota Yaris XP90 and XP130. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.

On every Yaris we work on — XP90 and XP130 — the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and speakers, the reverse camera and the climate controls stay; the new unit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.
