Radio King upgrades the Lexus CT 200h by facelift: 2011–2014 and 2014–2017 cars get an Android screen with wireless CarPlay, DAB and a camera input replacing the factory radio, or a CarPlay box behind the Remote Touch navigation screen, and 2017–2020 cars with the 10.3-inch display take the box. Send your reg and we confirm which unit you have.
The head unit decides the route, and it changed with every generation. Find your years, then pick the service above for what we fit and from what price.
| Generation | Years | Body | Factory system |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZWA10 Pre-facelift | 2011–2014 | — | Lexus radio with a 5.8-inch display, or Lexus Navigation with a 7-inch screen and the Remote Touch controller; no CarPlay |
| ZWA10 First facelift | 2014–2017 | — | 7-inch display with the Remote Touch controller on most cars, Lexus Premium Navigation optional; no CarPlay |
| ZWA10 Second facelift | 2017–2020 | — | 10.3-inch Lexus Navigation display with the Remote Touch pad on navigation cars, 7-inch on the rest; no CarPlay in Europe |

Ask on WhatsApp2011–2016 cars, nearly always for the Android screen with wireless CarPlay and DAB, because the factory radio display is small and cannot do either. Cars with the Remote Touch navigation, and the 2017–2020 facelift with the 10.3-inch display, come for a CarPlay box so the factory screen stays.
Not for the screen or the box: both plug into the audio wiring and the CAN bus and the hybrid side is untouched. It matters for accessories with parking mode, such as a dash cam, which we wire from the 12 V battery in the boot side via the fuse box with a low-voltage cut-off, because the 12 V battery on the CT is small.
ZWA10 — 2011–2014: Lexus radio with a 5.8-inch display, or Lexus Navigation with a 7-inch screen and the Remote Touch controller; no CarPlay. ZWA10 — 2014–2017: 7-inch display with the Remote Touch controller on most cars, Lexus Premium Navigation optional; no CarPlay. ZWA10 — 2017–2020: 10.3-inch Lexus Navigation display with the Remote Touch pad on navigation cars, 7-inch on the rest; no CarPlay in Europe. Not sure? Send the reg on WhatsApp and we tell you the generation and the route.
CarPlay: Android screen or a CarPlay box on 2011–2017 cars, a box behind the 10.3-inch screen on 2017–2020. Car radio: Android screen with DAB and a camera input using the 2011–2016 CT kit, Mark Levinson kept. Reversing camera: Factory-look camera on the factory screen with guidelines, coded in where the car supports it. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kits in doors and dash, extended factory ambient on newer cars, app controlled. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.
CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most CT 200h owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
ZWA10: the Lexus radio with a 5.8-inch display, or Lexus Navigation with a 7-inch screen and the Remote Touch controller; no CarPlay stays and we add to it. ZWA10: the 7-inch display with the Remote Touch controller on most cars, Lexus Premium Navigation optional; no CarPlay stays and we add to it. ZWA10: the 10.3-inch Lexus Navigation display with the Remote Touch pad on navigation cars, 7-inch on the rest; no CarPlay in Europe stays and we add to it. Steering-wheel buttons, factory amplifiers and cameras are carried over on every route; the only route that changes what you see is an Android screen, and even then the controls are kept.
Send the reg or the year on WhatsApp or the form below and we confirm the generation, the route, the price and the next free slot. Every job carries a one-year warranty on the work, done at our workshop in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, Monday to Saturday.
