The GK and the GP5 Fit Hybrid from 2013 to 2020, nearly always for an Android screen with CarPlay in place of the Gathers unit, then GE cars for the same job with a camera. GR cars from 2020 are arriving now, split between an Android screen and a wireless adapter on cars whose Japanese unit already has CarPlay.

Yes. The Fit and the Jazz share the body and dashboard generation for generation, so the fascia, harness, camera bracket and sensors are the same. The only difference is the Japanese head unit, which is why an imported Fit always ends up with an Android screen while an Irish Jazz of the same year might keep its factory Display Audio.

GD — 2001–2008: Japanese CD radio or a Gathers navigation unit with Japanese menus and a 76–90 MHz FM band. GE — 2007–2013 (Five-door hatch, GP1 Fit Hybrid and Fit Shuttle): Gathers navigation unit or a Japanese CD radio; no CarPlay and a Japanese FM band. GK / GP5 — 2013–2020 (Five-door hatch, GP5 Fit Hybrid and Fit Shuttle): Gathers navigation unit or Display Audio with Japanese menus; no CarPlay on most cars and a Japanese FM band. GR / GR3 — 2020 on (Five-door hatch, e:HEV hybrid and Crosstar): Gathers 9-inch navigation unit with Japanese menus; Honda Connect with CarPlay on some cars, but maps and FM band set for Japan. CarPlay: Android screen in place of the Gathers unit on every Fit body; wireless adapter where the GR has CarPlay. Car radio: Android screen with a matching fascia for the GD, GE, GK and GR, Irish FM band and DAB included. Reversing camera: Japanese factory camera rewired into the Android screen, or a number-plate camera added on cars without one. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kits in doors and dash, extended factory ambient on newer cars, app controlled. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.

CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most Fit owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
