If it is a 2016 or later facelift car with MIB2, the Audi smartphone interface is often in the hardware and switched off, and we enable it by coding. 2012–2016 cars with MIB1 never had it in the software, so those get a CarPlay box behind the pop-up screen. Yes. The 8P has a double-DIN slot, so the route is a 9-inch Android screen in the factory position: wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, a reverse camera input and the steering-wheel buttons kept. On 8P cars with RNS-E navigation we can fit a CarPlay interface on the factory screen instead if you prefer to keep it.

It depends on the generation. 8P (2003–2012): from €450; 8V (2012–2020): from €150; 8Y (2020 on): from €150. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.
