All of them, by different routes. The 2000–2009 P2 has no screen, so it gets an Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. The 2010–2018 P3 with the 7-inch Sensus screen takes our wireless CarPlay box, and 5-inch cars an Android screen. The 2019-on car takes the box if CarPlay was not ordered, or a wireless adapter if it was, including Google built-in cars after their 2022 update.

How long does CarPlay take on a Volvo S60?
P2: two to three hours; P3: two to four hours; SPA: two to four hours. You can wait at the workshop or drop the S60 in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit CarPlay on a Volvo S60?
P2: the display is replaced, but the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and the climate controls are kept. P3: the Sensus with a 5-inch screen, or 7-inch with Sensus Navigation; Sensus Connect from 2015; no CarPlay on any of them and its controls stay; the box sits behind the trim and is switched from the factory buttons.
