One to two hours for a front camera, about two with a rear camera on the Toyota Prius XW20, XW30, XW50 and XW60. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit dash cam on a Toyota Prius?
On every Prius we work on — XW20, XW30, XW50 and XW60 — nothing is cut: the camera runs off fuse taps with a low-voltage cut-off, so parking mode records and stops before the battery is flat.
