Yes. On CU and CW cars the 8-inch navigation unit and the CD radio come out and an Android screen with a fascia made for the dashboard goes in. A canbus adapter keeps the display above the vents, the steering-wheel buttons and the factory amplifier working, and you get wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.

On the ninth-generation CR the Gathers unit is replaced by a 9-inch Android screen with an Irish FM band, DAB, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. On the tenth-generation CV the Japanese Honda Connect unit often already runs CarPlay, so many owners keep it and add a wireless adapter; the Android screen is for owners who want English menus throughout. The dashboard language is a separate job.

CU / CW, built 2008–2015 (CD radio with a display above the vents; Honda satellite navigation with an 8-inch screen on the EX; premium audio on higher trims): Android screen with a CU fascia and canbus adapter so the top display, steering-wheel buttons and the factory amplifier keep working; replaces the navigation unit on EX cars. CR, built 2013–2019 (Gathers navigation unit with Japanese menus and a Japanese FM band; no CarPlay): 9-inch Android screen made for the CR dashboard in place of the Gathers unit, an Irish FM band, DAB and the steering-wheel buttons kept. CV, built 2018–2022 (Honda Connect 8-inch touchscreen with Japanese menus; CarPlay usually present but maps and FM band set for Japan): Android screen made for the CV dashboard with English menus, an Irish FM band and the climate and steering controls kept, for owners who want to replace the Japanese unit outright.
