Usually yes: the tenth-generation CV came with Honda Connect and CarPlay in Japan, so the phone connects with a cable and we can make it wireless with an adapter. The maps and FM band are set for Japan, so we fit an FM band expander and set what the unit allows. Owners who want everything in English go for an Android screen instead.

CL / CM, built 2003–2008 (CD radio built into the dashboard; Honda DVD navigation with a 6.5-inch screen on the Executive; premium audio on higher trims): Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto in the radio position; the Honda DVD navigation on Executive cars has no CarPlay path and is replaced. CU / CW, built 2008–2015 (CD radio with a display above the vents; Honda satellite navigation with an 8-inch screen on the EX; premium audio on higher trims): Android screen replacing the factory radio or the 8-inch navigation with a matching fascia; the display above the vents stays for the clock and climate. CR, built 2013–2019 (Gathers navigation unit with Japanese menus and a Japanese FM band; no CarPlay): Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto replacing the Japanese Gathers unit; the dashboard language is a separate job. CV, built 2018–2022 (Honda Connect 8-inch touchscreen with Japanese menus; CarPlay usually present but maps and FM band set for Japan): Factory CarPlay usually works on the Japanese unit, so we add a wireless adapter and sort the FM band; an Android screen where the owner wants English menus throughout.
