It depends on the generation. E60 / E61 (2003–2010): from €500; F10 / F11 (2010–2017): from €500; G30 / G31 (2017–2023): from €250. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.

E60 / E61: two to four hours; F10 / F11: under an hour; G30 / G31: under an hour. You can wait at the workshop or drop the 5 Series in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit CarPlay on a BMW 5 Series?
E60 / E61: the Business CD radio, or Professional navigation with CCC iDrive to 2008 and CIC iDrive on LCI cars from late 2008 and its controls stay; the box sits behind the trim and is switched from the factory buttons. F10 / F11: nothing physical changes — the 10.25-inch Professional screen with CIC iDrive to 2012, NBT from 2013 and NBT Evo on 2017 cars stays and the CarPlay tile simply appears. G30 / G31: nothing physical changes — the NBT Evo (ID6) with a 10.25-inch touchscreen to 2020, iDrive 7 (ID7) from the 2020 facelift stays and the CarPlay tile simply appears.
Do I need to book CarPlay for my BMW 5 Series, and is there a warranty?
Yes — send the reg or the year and generation (E60, F10 and G30) on WhatsApp or the form below, and we confirm the route, the price and the next free slot. The work carries a one-year warranty, and the workshop is in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, Monday to Saturday.
