Yes. The B6 and B7 units connect through a CAN adapter, so the steering-wheel buttons, the climate information and the Park Pilot graphic keep working on the new screen, and the fascia matches the trim. The CC takes the same unit as the B6 or B7 of its year. On the B8 we usually keep the factory MIB unit and code it instead.
How much does car radio cost on a Volkswagen Passat?
