Yes on both generations. On a C117 with NTG4.5 the camera goes through a video interface, so the picture comes up on the Audio 20 screen when you select reverse; on 2016 to 2019 facelift cars whose head unit supports a camera it can be coded in instead. On a C118 the factory camera is retrofitted and coded into MBUX with guidelines, as if it left the factory that way.

C117, built 2013–2019 (Audio 20 on NTG4.5 with the 5.8 or 7-inch pod screen; the 2016 facelift brought the 8-inch display, and CarPlay was an option on some cars from 2016): Factory-look camera in the boot-lid handle shown on the Audio 20 screen through a video interface, or coded in on facelift cars whose head unit supports a camera. C118, built 2019 on (MBUX (NTG6) with the 7 or 10.25-inch touchscreen; CarPlay and Android Auto on most cars, as the Smartphone Integration pack on early ones): Factory camera retrofit coded into MBUX with guidelines on cars that came without it.
