Mk6, built 2002–2008 (6000CD radio, or the Sony six-disc unit on top trims; no screen): Ambient LED strips in the door cards and footwells, colour from your phone. Mk7, built 2008–2012 (6000CD radio or the Sony CD unit with the button-heavy centre stack; Bluetooth voice control optional, no screen): Ambient LED kit in footwells, door pockets and cupholders; Titanium cars keep their red factory ambient light alongside it. Mk7.5, built 2013–2017 (SYNC 1 with a 4.2-inch display and AppLink on most cars, or the Sony DAB radio with the same display; no touchscreen and no CarPlay): Factory multi-colour ambient light on Titanium cars extended to the door cards, or a full kit on Zetec cars. Mk8, built 2017–2023 (SYNC 3 with a 6.5 or 8-inch touchscreen and CarPlay and Android Auto from the factory; base cars have a DAB radio with a 4.2-inch display): Extended ambient lighting in door pockets and rear footwells matched to the factory ambient colour on Titanium and ST-Line cars.

Two to four hours on the Ford Fiesta Mk6, Mk7, Mk7.5 and Mk8. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
