The Mk3 from 2014 to 2021, nearly always for the Fabia screen kit with wireless CarPlay, and often with a reversing camera and parking sensors on the same visit. Mk2 cars come for the same screen because their Swing and Blues radios have no display. Mk4 owners mostly want a wireless adapter for the Swing unit or a camera.

Yes, the dashboard is the same as the hatch, so the same kit and fascia fit. The difference is the reversing camera: on the Combi the camera cable runs through the tailgate loom, on the hatch through the boot lid, and both are done the same day with the picture tested before you leave.

Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.

CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most Fabia owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
