Radio King does head unit upgrade on every Nissan Navara generation we see: D22 (1998–2005): Android screen in a double-DIN fascia that uses the radio slot and the pocket below it, or a single-DIN unit with a screen where the dash is tight; the wireless CarPlay job on our D22 case; D40 (2005–2015): Android screen with a D40 fascia in place of the 6-CD radio or the nav, DAB and the steering-wheel buttons kept; the nav's own camera moves to the new screen; D23 / NP300 (2015–2021): 10-inch Android screen replacing the 5-inch radio or the NissanConnect 2 unit with the factory camera and 360 view kept, the job on our Navara case; 2019-on trucks with CarPlay usually keep the 8-inch unit. The D40 and D23 take one straight in: both have a double-DIN opening, so an Android screen with the Navara fascia and a Nissan harness keeps the steering-wheel buttons and the factory camera. The D22 is a single-DIN slot with a pocket below; on most cabs a double-DIN fascia uses both, otherwise a single-DIN unit with a screen goes in. 2019-on D23 trucks usually keep their 8-inch unit with CarPlay.
Will the factory camera on my NP300 still work with an Android screen?
Yes. On N-Connecta and Tekna trucks with the NissanConnect 2 unit the factory camera and the Around View Monitor are carried over to the Android screen through the CAN adapter, and the parking sensor display with them. The picture comes up in reverse as before, only larger, and the steering-wheel buttons keep working.
How much does car radio cost on a Nissan Navara?

How long does car radio take on a Nissan Navara?
Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Nissan Navara D22, D40 and D23. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
