Two reasons we hear most. Japanese imports, ZE0 and ZE1, have a nav with Japanese menus and an FM band that misses most Irish stations, and the Android screen fixes both at once with DAB added. Irish ZE0 cars with the Connect EV unit have a slow, dated screen with no CarPlay, and owners want maps and music from the phone. Irish ZE1 cars already have CarPlay and rarely need it.
How much does car radio cost on a Nissan Leaf?
The price depends on the generation and what the car already has.
