Radio King does CarPlay and Android Auto retrofit on every Nissan Micra generation we see: K12 (2003–2010): Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto in a K12 fascia that follows the curve of the dash; the coded radio it replaces is not missed; K13 (2010–2017): Android screen with the K13 fascia in place of the CD radio or the Connect nav; Japanese March imports get the same screen in the wider Japanese opening; K14 (2017–2023): Factory CarPlay and Android Auto on NissanConnect cars, where we add a wireless adapter; Visia cars get an Android screen with the K14 fascia. From €250. Send your reg and we confirm the route and the price the same day.
Find your years in the first two columns. The factory system decides the route, and the route decides the price — send the reg if you are not sure which one you have.
| Generation | Years | Factory system | How we do it | From |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| K12 | 2003–2010 | Nissan CD radio built into the curved dash on most cars, protected by a security code; no factory screen | Android screen with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto in a K12 fascia that follows the curve of the dash; the coded radio it replaces is not missed | from €290 |
| K13 | 2010–2017 | CD radio with a small display on Visia and Acenta; Nissan Connect 5.8-inch touchscreen nav on some Acenta and Tekna cars, more often after the 2013 facelift; Japanese March imports carry a Japanese unit | Android screen with the K13 fascia in place of the CD radio or the Connect nav; Japanese March imports get the same screen in the wider Japanese opening | from €290 |
| K14 | 2017–2023 | NissanConnect 7-inch touchscreen with CarPlay and Android Auto on Acenta and above; a radio with a small display on Visia; Bose Personal headrest speakers on Tekna | Factory CarPlay and Android Auto on NissanConnect cars, where we add a wireless adapter; Visia cars get an Android screen with the K14 fascia | from €250 |

Generation-by-generation guides first, then everything else the workshop does on a Nissan.
Answers for Micra owners. Something else? Message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply in under 5 minutes.
Ask on WhatsAppK12 and K13 cars, and Japanese March imports, need an Android screen, because the CD radio has no display and the Connect nav has no CarPlay in it. The K14 from 2017 has CarPlay and Android Auto on the NissanConnect 7-inch unit from Acenta up, so it only needs a wireless adapter; the Visia K14 has a plain radio and takes the Android screen like the older cars.
It depends on the generation. K12 (2003–2010): from €290; K13 (2010–2017): from €290; K14 (2017–2023): from €250. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.
