Radio King does head unit upgrade on every Lexus IS generation we see: XE10 (1999–2005): Android screen in the double-DIN slot with an IS fascia; DAB, Bluetooth and a camera input, the work we did on a 2004 IS 200; XE20 (2005–2013): Android screen using the IS kit for 2005–2007 cars, later cars by reg; the climate panel below stays, the Mark Levinson amplifier is kept where fitted; XE30 (2013–2020): Android screen in place of the 7-inch unit with the climate controls kept; on 10.3-inch facelift cars we recommend the box instead. Yes. On the XE20 the climate panel sits below the radio as a separate unit and is not touched, and on Mark Levinson cars the harness keeps the factory amplifier so every speaker works as before. The kit we stock covers 2005–2007 cars; later XE20 and XE30 cars we check by reg, because the 10.3-inch facelift XE30 is better served by a CarPlay box than a new screen.
How much does car radio cost on a Lexus IS?
It depends on the generation. XE10 (1999–2005): from €290; XE20 (2005–2013): from €290; XE30 (2013–2020): from €290. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.

How long does car radio take on a Lexus IS?
Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Lexus IS XE10, XE20 and XE30. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit car radio on a Lexus IS?
On every IS we work on — XE10, XE20 and XE30 — the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and speakers, the reverse camera and the climate controls stay; the new unit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.
Do I need to book car radio for my Lexus IS, and is there a warranty?
Yes — send the reg or the year and generation (XE10, XE20 and XE30) on WhatsApp or the form below, and we confirm the route, the price and the next free slot. The work carries a one-year warranty, and the workshop is in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, Monday to Saturday.
