Yes. The box sits between the head unit and the screen and uses the car's own audio input, so the Meridian amplifier and every speaker are untouched. Cameras and ambient lighting are separate circuits. Nothing is cut and the car can go back to standard if it is returned at the end of a lease.

CarPlay: Wireless box on 2015–2019 InControl cars without CarPlay, wireless adapter on the 2019 facelift that has it. Reversing camera: Factory-look camera above the plate coded into InControl or Pivi Pro, or through the CarPlay box. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kit in doors, footwells and console, extending the factory ambient lighting where fitted. Car radio: Larger Android screen with the factory buttons and amplifier kept, where the original display is too small. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Colour-matched sensors with a factory-style tone, shown on the screen where the car supports it. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.

CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Most XE owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
