Radio King does head unit upgrade on every Jaguar XE generation we see: X760 (2015–2019): Larger Android screen in place of the InControl Touch 8-inch, keeping the steering-wheel buttons, the climate display and the factory amplifier where fitted; Facelift X760 (2019 on): The InControl Touch Pro 10-inch usually stays — CarPlay is built in; we fit an Android screen only where the factory display has failed or is too small, keeping the factory controls. Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Jaguar XE X760 and Facelift. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit car radio on a Jaguar XE?
On every XE we work on — X760 and Facelift — the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and speakers, the reverse camera and the climate controls stay; the new unit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.
