No. Both share the GB dashboard and radio with the five-door, so the same Android screen, fascia and camera kit fit. The Coupe has a different tailgate, so the camera position changes slightly, but the work and the time are the same, and the steering-wheel buttons and USB carry on as before.

PB — 2008–2014 (three-door and five-door): CD radio with no screen; Bluetooth and USB on later cars. GB — 2014–2020 (five-door, Coupe and Active): Radio with a small display, Bluetooth and USB on most cars; 7-inch touchscreen with CarPlay and Android Auto on SE and higher trims after the 2018 facelift. CarPlay: Android screen on PB and basic-radio GB cars; a wireless adapter on touchscreen GB and BC3 navigation cars. Car radio: A 9-inch Android screen in place of the radio on PB and GB cars; the BC3 keeps its factory screen. Reversing camera: Camera in the tailgate handle on the Android screen or the factory touchscreen; factory camera on most BC3s. Parking sensors: Front or rear sensors colour-matched with a factory-style tone on every i20 generation. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kits in doors and dash, extended factory ambient on newer cars, app controlled. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.

CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Parking sensors: two to three hours for one end, about half a day for front and rear. Most i20 owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
