How long does dash cam take on a BMW X3?
One to two hours for a front camera, about two with a rear camera on the BMW X3 E83, F25 and G01. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit dash cam on a BMW X3?
On every X3 we work on — E83, F25 and G01 — nothing is cut: the camera runs off fuse taps with a low-voltage cut-off, so parking mode records and stops before the battery is flat.
