The factory MMI display in the dash comes out and a 10.25-inch touchscreen goes into the same opening with a matching surround. The MMI knob and the steering-wheel buttons keep working, the Bose or Bang & Olufsen amplifier stays through an adapter, and you gain wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input. The original screen is stored with the car.
