Only in where we take power. The T8 has a normal 12 V battery alongside the high-voltage pack, and the dash cam is wired to the 12 V side only, through the fuse panel under the glovebox with a low-voltage cut-off. The high-voltage system is never touched. Parking mode works as on any XC60; we set the cut-off so a few days parked never leave you with a flat battery.

It depends on the generation. P3 (2008–2017): from €180; Sensus SPA (2017–2021): from €180; Google SPA (2021 on): from €180. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.
