Radio King does head unit upgrade on every Nissan Note generation we see: E11 (2006–2013): Android screen with an E11 fascia in place of the CD radio or the Connect nav; DAB, camera input and steering-wheel buttons; the Note kit in our shop is listed for 2010-on cars; E12 (2013–2020): Android screen with the E12 fascia in place of the CD radio or the NissanConnect nav, and a 200 mm wide-DIN screen for e-Power imports in place of the Japanese nav; the shop kit is listed to 2016; E13 (2021 on): Android screen made for the E13 dash with English menus, DAB and the Irish FM band, the Japanese camera reconnected; the radio band alone is why most owners change it. It is listed for 2010 to 2016 Notes, which spans the late E11 and the European E12, and the two have different dashboards, so we confirm the fascia from your reg before you order. Japanese e-Power imports of the E12 have a wider 200 mm opening and take a wide-DIN screen instead, and the E13 takes a screen made for its own dash. Send the reg and we tell you which one.
Why does a Note e-Power import need a new radio?
The Japanese FM band stops at 95 MHz at best, so an imported E12 or E13 misses most Irish stations, and the menus on the Japanese nav stay in Japanese. A wide-DIN Android screen with English menus, Irish FM and DAB, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto fixes all of that in one job, with the Japanese reversing camera and the steering-wheel buttons carried over.
How much does car radio cost on a Nissan Note?
It depends on the generation. E11 (2006–2013): from €290; E12 (2013–2020): from €290; E13 (2021 on): from €290. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.

How long does car radio take on a Nissan Note?
Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Nissan Note E11, E12 and E13. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit car radio on a Nissan Note?
On every Note we work on — E11, E12 and E13 — the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and speakers, the reverse camera and the climate controls stay; the new unit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.
