How long does dash cam take on a Lexus RX?
One to two hours for a front camera, about two with a rear camera on the Lexus RX AL10, AL20 and AL30. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit dash cam on a Lexus RX?
On every RX we work on — AL10, AL20 and AL30 — nothing is cut: the camera runs off fuse taps with a low-voltage cut-off, so parking mode records and stops before the battery is flat.
