The 2019 to 2025 Mk1 has CarPlay and Android Auto on the 8 or 10-inch touchscreen but only over the USB cable, and that is the car we see most: a wireless adapter plugs into the USB port, pairs once and the phone connects on its own every time you start the car. Fitting takes under an hour.
My C5 Aircross is a Japanese import. Does CarPlay work in Ireland?
Yes, CarPlay and Android Auto work as on an Irish car because the NAC unit is the same hardware, but the built-in navigation and some menus follow the region the car was sold in. We change the region and load European maps so the screen is in English, and a wireless adapter can go in at the same visit. Send the reg or chassis number and we confirm what your unit needs.
