Yes. The 2013 to 2016 B78 has the 7-inch touchscreen with the 12-inch top display, and CarPlay was never in its software, so a CarPlay box goes behind the dash and feeds CarPlay and Android Auto into the original 7-inch screen. Touch, the steering buttons and the 12-inch display all keep working. Cars from the 2016 facelift with Connect Nav have it already and just need a wireless dongle.
Does the 2021 on Citroën C4 need anything for CarPlay?
No, every Mk3 and ë-C4 has CarPlay and Android Auto on the 10-inch screen, wired over USB. Most owners come to us for a wireless adapter so the phone connects on its own, and imported cars come for region and map changes on the NAC navigation. Front parking sensors on cars that came with rear only are the other common Mk3 job.

What stays factory when you fit CarPlay on a Citroën C4?
B7: the display is replaced, but the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and the climate controls are kept. B78: the 7-inch touchscreen with the 12-inch top display, SMEG+ on 2013–2016 cars; Connect Nav (NAC) with Mirror Screen and CarPlay from the 2016 facelift and its controls stay; the box sits behind the trim and is switched from the factory buttons. Mk3: CarPlay is factory-fitted, so we only add to it.
