The 2008 to 2013 car with the Blue&Me radio, for the Android unit with wireless CarPlay, and the 2014-on facelift with the Uconnect 5-inch for the same reason. It is the same job as the Fiat Punto of those years underneath, but the MiTo dash takes its own fascia so the console looks right when it is done.
Do you need the car for a full day?
No. The Android unit is about half a day, a wireless adapter or an interface box under two hours, and a reversing camera adds an hour or so on the same visit. Drop the car at the Dublin 11 workshop in the morning and it is usually ready by early afternoon.

What does Radio King fit on a Alfa Romeo MiTo?
CarPlay: Our MiTo Android unit on Blue&Me and Uconnect 5-inch cars, an interface or adapter on the 6.5-inch nav. Car radio: A MiTo Android screen with its own fascia on Blue&Me and Uconnect 5-inch cars; nav cars keep the screen. Reversing camera: Camera on the factory screen where it supports it, a mirror monitor or Android screen where it does not. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED kits in doors and dash, extended factory ambient on newer cars, app controlled. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: Four sensors in the rear bumper with a buzzer that beeps faster; sound only. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat or boot subwoofer on a DSP amplifier fed from the factory unit, boot space kept. Soundproofing: Doors and floor treated with butyl and foam, trim refitted without marks.
How long do jobs on a Alfa Romeo MiTo take?
CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. Reversing camera: two to three hours. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most MiTo owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
Do you keep the factory system on a Alfa Romeo MiTo?

Steering-wheel buttons, factory amplifiers and cameras are carried over on every route; the only route that changes what you see is an Android screen, and even then the controls are kept.
