Yes. The original R-Link on 2012 to 2019 cars has no phone mirroring and no box input, so the route is a car-specific Android screen in its place: wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, Bluetooth calls and a reversing camera input. The charging and range information lives on the instrument cluster, so nothing about the car's electric side changes. Fitting is about half a day.
Is the ZOE ZE50's CarPlay wireless?
No, Easy Link on 2019-on cars has wired CarPlay and Android Auto through the USB port, on both the 7-inch and the 9.3-inch screen. A small wireless adapter plugs into that port and hides in the console, and the phone connects on its own when you get in. If CarPlay drops out or will not pair, that is usually the cable or a software setting and we sort it in the same visit.
How much does CarPlay cost on a Renault ZOE?
It depends on the generation. Mk1 (2012–2019): from €250; Mk2 (2019 on): from €250. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.

Mk1: two to three hours; Mk2: about an hour. You can wait at the workshop or drop the ZOE in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit CarPlay on a Renault ZOE?
Mk1: the display is replaced, but the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and the climate controls are kept. Mk2: CarPlay is factory-fitted, so we only add to it.
Do I need to book CarPlay for my Renault ZOE, and is there a warranty?
Yes — send the reg or the year and generation (Mk1 and Mk2) on WhatsApp or the form below, and we confirm the route, the price and the next free slot. The work carries a one-year warranty, and the workshop is in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, Monday to Saturday.
