E50, built 1997–2002 (Japanese-market radio or Xanavi nav with a TV tuner in a 200 mm wide opening on most cars; Japanese FM band and menus): Rear sensors in the bumper or the door step, colour-matched, with a loud buzzer for a van cab; front sensors where the bumper allows; Japanese-market radio or Xanavi nav untouched. E51, built 2002–2010 (Japanese Xanavi or Clarion nav with Japanese menus in the 200 mm wide opening; some Highway Star cars have a flip-down rear screen fed from it): Rear sensors in the bumper or the door step, colour-matched, with a loud buzzer for a van cab; front sensors where the bumper allows; Japanese Xanavi or Clarion nav untouched. E52, built 2010 on (Japanese NissanConnect or Clarion nav, 200 mm wide, with Around View Monitor and a rear flip-down screen on higher trims; no CarPlay on most): Rear sensors in the bumper or the door step, colour-matched, with a loud buzzer for a van cab; front sensors where the bumper allows; Japanese NissanConnect or Clarion nav untouched.

Two to three hours for one end, about half a day for front and rear on the Nissan Elgrand E50, E51 and E52. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.

On every Elgrand we work on — E50, E51 and E52 — sensors are colour-matched to the bumper and use a factory-style tone; where the car supports it they are coded into the display.
