The screen is generation-specific: the ED (2007–2012) and the JD (2012–2018) each have their own fascia, so the unit sits flush with the dashboard and the climate panel stays where it is. Both keep the steering-wheel buttons, the factory microphone and USB, and add DAB, a reversing camera input and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. On the CD we leave the factory screen in place.
