Which Audi A4 years can have ambient lighting?
B7, built 2004–2008 (Concert, Chorus or Symphony radio in a double-DIN slot, RNS-E navigation optional; Bose on some cars): Ambient LED strips in the door cards and dashboard, colour and brightness from your phone. B8, built 2008–2015 (Concert or Symphony radio with a 6.5-inch screen, MMI 3G navigation optional, 3G+ from the 2012 facelift; Bang & Olufsen optional): Ambient LED kit in the doors and dashboard trim; extends the factory door lighting on cars that have it. How long does ambient lighting take on a Audi A4?
Two to four hours on the Audi A4 B7, B8 and B9. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit ambient lighting on a Audi A4?
On every A4 we work on — B7, B8 and B9 — the kit runs off a fused feed and the factory ambient lighting stays; colour and brightness are set from your phone.
Do I need to book ambient lighting for my Audi A4, and is there a warranty?
Yes — send the reg or the year and generation (B7, B8 and B9) on WhatsApp or the form below, and we confirm the route, the price and the next free slot. The work carries a one-year warranty, and the workshop is in Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, Monday to Saturday.
