Power comes from the fuse panel behind the glovebox through a hardwire kit with a low-voltage cut-off, so parking mode cannot flatten the battery. The cable runs behind the A-pillar trim and along the headliner, out of sight, and a rear camera follows the roof lining to the tailgate. On mild-hybrid and plug-in cars we use the 12 V side only. Two to three hours.
