The 2014 Daily and the MY2019 facelift, nearly always for an Android screen with wireless CarPlay and a reversing camera together, because most of these vans work every day and the driver wants navigation and hands-free calls. Older single-DIN vans come in for a floating screen and a camera on a dash monitor.

Camper conversions on the Daily get the same Android screen and a camera at the top of the rear wall; box and Luton bodies get the camera on the rear frame with the cable run the full length of the body, and a second camera for the side or the hitch can share the same monitor. Usually not the radio. Hi-Connect on 2019 and later vans has CarPlay and Android Auto, so those vans keep the factory screen and we add a camera, coded into Hi-Connect where the prep is there, a dash cam hardwired from the fuse panel with a low-voltage cut-off, and speakers. Entry-level vans with the basic DAB radio are the ones that get the Android screen.

Mk4 / Mk5 — 2006–2014 (van, chassis cab and crew cab): Single-DIN Iveco radio, CD or cassette, no screen; a dealer-fit navigation unit on a few vans. Mk6 — 2014–2019 (van, chassis cab and crew cab): Double-DIN Iveco radio with DAB on most vans; Iveco navigation with a 7-inch screen as an option; no CarPlay. MY19 — 2019 on (van, chassis cab, crew cab and camper bases): Hi-Connect with a 7-inch touchscreen, CarPlay and Android Auto on most vans; basic DAB radio on entry-level vans. Not sure? Reversing camera: Camera above the rear doors on a monitor or the Android screen, coded into Hi-Connect on MY2019 vans. Car radio: Android screen with a Daily fascia on 2014 and later vans, a floating screen on older single-DIN vans. CarPlay: Android screen on cars without a usable screen, a CarPlay box or activation on cars with one. Ambient lighting: Ambient LED strips in the cab doors and dash, colour from your phone. Speakers: Plug-in door speakers and tweeters, factory head unit and amplifier kept, no cutting. Parking sensors: A rear-only kit of four bumper sensors with an audible warning, no screen display. Dash cam: Hardwired from the fuse box with parking mode and a low-voltage cut-off, cables hidden. Subwoofer: Under-seat subwoofer with its own amplifier, nothing in the load area. Soundproofing: Cab doors, floor and bulkhead treated; load area on request.

Reversing camera: two to three hours. Car radio: two to three hours, usually the same day. CarPlay: under an hour for activation, two to four hours for a box or a screen. Ambient lighting: two to four hours. Most Daily owners wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
