Not from the factory. Expression and Extreme cars have CarPlay and Android Auto on the 8-inch Media Display or Media Nav, but only over the USB cable. A wireless adapter plugs into that port, pairs once and connects the phone on its own every time you start the car, so a family car full of cables becomes cable-free. Fitting takes under an hour.
My Jogger Essential has the phone holder instead of a screen. Can it get CarPlay?
Yes. The Media Control cradle uses your phone as the screen, so there is nothing for CarPlay to run on. A Jogger-specific Android screen goes into the radio opening in place of the basic unit, keeps the column stalk controls and the factory speakers, and adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, Bluetooth calls and a reversing camera input, which is useful on a car this long.
