Ask on WhatsAppWhat Android screen fits a Dacia Duster with the basic radio or Media Nav?
The Duster-specific unit on our shop page, made for the 2013 to 2018 Mk1 dashboard: it sits in the factory opening with a matching fascia, keeps the column stalk controls and the factory speakers, and adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB, Bluetooth calls and a reversing camera input. A similar unit fits Access and Essential Mk2 cars that came with the basic radio.
How much does car radio cost on a Dacia Duster?
It depends on the generation. Mk1 (2013–2018): from €290; Mk2 (2018–2024): from €290. Fitting is done at our Dublin 11 workshop — send the reg and we confirm the exact price before you book.
Which Dacia Duster years can have car radio?
Mk1, built 2013–2018 (Basic radio with Bluetooth and no screen on Access and Ambiance; 7-inch Media Nav on higher trims, Media Nav Evolution from the 2016 facelift; no CarPlay): Our Duster-specific Android screen in the factory opening with a matching fascia; column stalk controls kept, DAB, Bluetooth and a camera input added. How long does car radio take on a Dacia Duster?
Two to three hours, usually the same day on the Dacia Duster Mk1 and Mk2. You can wait at the workshop or drop the car in the morning and collect it the same day.
What stays factory when you fit car radio on a Dacia Duster?
On every Duster we work on — Mk1 and Mk2 — the steering-wheel buttons, the factory amplifier and speakers, the reverse camera and the climate controls stay; the new unit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input.
