Yes, on every car with the Uconnect 5 screen, whether the 7-inch on Red and Passion trims or the 10.25-inch on Icon and La Prima, both CarPlay and Android Auto connect wirelessly from the factory. Nothing needs adding. If the phone will not pair, drops out or only connects by cable, it is usually a setting or an old software version, and we sort it while you wait.
Can the 500e Action get a screen?
Not a factory one: the Action trim has a radio with a phone cradle in place of the screen and no aperture for an Android unit, so we set it up as it was designed, with the phone in the cradle as the display, Bluetooth for calls and music, and a charging lead routed neatly. If you want a full screen, a used Passion or Icon car is the honest answer.
How much does CarPlay cost on a Fiat 500e?
