Yes, but the dash has a single-DIN slot with no room for a double-DIN screen, so the answer is a floating-screen unit: a slim single-DIN chassis in the slot with a 7 or 9-inch screen standing in front of it. It gives wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a camera input. If you only want DAB and Bluetooth calls, a single-DIN radio is the cheaper route.
Which screen fits a 2012-on Panda?
A double-DIN Android unit with a Panda fascia: the Blue&Me or basic radio comes out, the new screen goes into the same aperture and the steering-wheel buttons are kept through a CAN adapter. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB and a reversing camera input are built in. Cars from the 2021 update with the 7-inch Uconnect already have CarPlay, so those keep the factory screen.
