Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds for products and services provided by Radio King (Vasso & Co). We are committed to ensuring a clear, fair, and transparent process for all our customers.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You may do so using any of our official contact methods.
2. How to Cancel an Order or Installation
You can cancel or reschedule an order or installation by contacting us using any of the following methods:

We will confirm your cancellation or rescheduling request using the same communication method through which you contacted us.
Please note that sending your notification constitutes a valid cancellation request, even if it is received outside our business hours. We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Installation Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation or Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation appointment, including on short notice (less than 24 hours), we will gladly offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge.
We allow up to two free reschedules per installation appointment. A third or subsequent reschedule may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee.
3.2 Non-Appearance
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will attempt to contact you to arrange another appointment.
No fee will be charged for the first missed appointment.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeframe
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date:
- we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract; or
- we receive and inspect the returned goods,
whichever is applicable.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (for example, Credit Card or Klarna), unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that payment providers may apply their own processing times or fees.
4.3 Deductions
If you cancel an on-site installation after our technician has already travelled to your location, the applicable call-out fee will be deducted from your refund.
No additional cancellation fees apply.
4.4 Partial Refunds for Products with Installation Services
Where a refund is approved for a product that has been installed by us, the refund applies to the product only.
Installation and removal labour charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Labour charges are calculated at €100 per hour, based on the actual time reasonably spent installing and, where applicable, removing the equipment.
Any approved refund will be reduced by the applicable labour charges.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under Irish or European Union law.
5. Product Returns
5.1 Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in unused condition.
This means:
- The product has not been installed in a vehicle.
- It shows no signs of use (such as scratches, scuffs or marks).
- All protective films remain intact.
- It is returned in its complete original packaging with all supplied accessories.
You may open the packaging to inspect the product.
However, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If a returned product shows signs of installation, use or damage, we may assess the reduction in value and deduct between 20% and 100% of the purchase price, depending on the product’s condition.
5.2 Return Shipping
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you are returning a product because it is defective, faulty or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Please contact us so we can arrange a prepaid return label or collection where appropriate.

5.3 Defective or Incompatible Products
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange either:
- a replacement product; or
- a full refund once the defective item has been returned and inspected.
Incompatible Products
If a product supplied by us is found to be incompatible with your vehicle on the day of installation, we will first attempt to provide a suitable alternative.
If no compatible product is available, we will provide a full refund for the product together with any installation fees already paid.
6. Products with Installation at Our Premises
If you purchase a product together with our installation service, the product will already be available at our premises on the day of your appointment.
You do not need to receive, transport or store the product before your installation appointment.
