How It Works: Your Guide to Ordering and Installation

This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the process for purchasing a product and scheduling an installation with Radio King.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our website and select the car radio or entertainment system that best fits your needs. You can make your choice based on the detailed descriptions and specifications provided on each product page.

Step 2: Add Installation (Optional)

On the product page, you will see a checkbox “Add Professional Installation (+ €80)”.

 

  • If you tick this checkbox, installation service will be included in your order.
  • If you leave it deselected, you will receive only the product, which will be shipped to your address.

Step 3: Complete Your Payment

Proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase. We offer several secure payment methods:

KlarnaAllows you to pay in instalments. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
CashAvailable for in-store purchases and installations at our workshop in Rosemount Business Park.

Step 4: Order Confirmation and Verification

4.1. Automated Confirmation

Immediately after completing your payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email with the details of your order.

4.2. Installation Scheduling and Compatibility Check

If you have ordered an installation service, our manager will contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 1-3 business days to:

 

  1. Verify Compatibility: We will double-check that the product you ordered is fully compatible with your vehicle. We never ship a product or proceed with an installation without being 99% certain of its compatibility.
  2. Schedule Your Appointment: We will arrange a convenient date and time for your installation.

Step 5: Installation

Your installation will be scheduled to take place within 28 calendar days of your order confirmation.

 

  • If you chose on-site installation, our technician will bring the product to your location.
  • If you chose in-store installation, the product will be ready for you at our workshop.

 

We provide a 2-year warranty on all our products and installation services, giving you complete peace of mind.
